Getting started

Summer is over and it seems like everything is getting started at once. Things kicking in for We Media 2010 planning, school underway, soccer and swimming, girl scouts and Leadership Dekalb is underway. All 52 of us met for an orientation at Agnes Scott last week and did some quick introductions. It sounds like a lot of interesting people and, for once, I don’t know a single person in the whole room! Obviously that will change soon but it’s both exciting and bit intimidating. Our schedule looks good and I’m looking forward to getting started.

We had several speakers who gave a good idea of the value of the program and their ongoing support for LD. Makes me anxious to get started on the “real” stuff.
